Originally created in 2012, ABF Integral Consulting, Inc. started providing support to investments funds, ABF Integral Consulting Inc., is currently positioned to provide a full service for our clients’ real estate investments needs anywhere in Florida. We provide the information required to make any decision involving buying or financing real estate, which it should be made from an objective position that our firm can provide. 

 

Real Estate Investment is about asymmetric risk and reward. There’s a reason why every rich person you know owns multiple properties. There’s a reason why enormous fortunes have been made through real estate as well. 

When it comes to making money, if there is no risk, there is very little reward. After a lifetime of working, not owning might be one of the biggest risks of all.

Individuals, private companies and corporations purchase real estate as an investment asset. Real Estate property can be bought, improved and resold for profit. Other times, it can be partitioned and rented or leased out.

Investing in real estate presents challenges that do not exist in the capital markets. Property faces the risk of taking damage, tends to deteriorate over time, and often takes a decidedly more complex process to buy and sell.

Real estate asset management concerns itself with mitigating risks and promoting valuable improvements. It also navigates the complex legal and tax rules governing investment property in the United States.

Diversification is important in real estate investments; all investors should build portfolios of different types of property and in different real estate markets.

This is the premise to create Altair Realty Investment Funds, to dedicate our efforts to satisfy the increasing need of more accurate vehicles to invest, the investment funds, seems to be the best to join forces and leverage our client's investments. 

​Our funds will be designed to offer investment options to small and medium investors, specifically: "accredited investors", "non accredited investors" and "foreign investor" as well, as defined in Rule 501 and Rule 504, Rule 506b under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), or (B) certain eligible investors who are not "U.S. persons" as defined in Rule 902 under the Securities Act.

 

Our services and experience in investment funds management since 2012 has been quite successful, we were able to manage from small to medium funds, between $250,000 up to $5,000.000.00, basically, we handled all purchasing decisions, we fixed and renovated the units, put them back for sale in the real estate market with a preferred guarantee return to our investors of 8% per year, which might be payable in two semesters installments, plus average annual profits close to 30%. The minimum amount to invest per person is $50,000.00 up to $1,000,000.00.

We have established an alliance with a well know leader Real Estate companies in South Florida, which Business Network is formed and designed to provide service in the Real Estate Market, specializing in Commercial and Residential properties; also, offering diverse financial alternatives to potential buyers and investors through their own Private Fund and fully integrated with the most capable and experienced team.

​Our Investment Fund has the mission to establish a profitable financial real estate activity under the figure of a "Real Estate Fund". This activity is autonomous and parallel to any other figure of mercantile nature.

Our CEO, Andres A. Bermudez, is Venezuelan Internationalist and Attorney graduated from the Universidad Central of Venezuela with more than 25 years of experience, although, he is also licensed as a Florida Real Estate Advisor, he is a former Florida paralegal with 13 years of experience in Miami, founder of ABF Integral Consulting Inc., which is a leader consulting firm specialized in foreclosure & tax deed auctions in South Florida since 2012, at this time, our company has reached more than 325 successful purchases, more than $60 MM invested and represented more than 100 clients from 10 different countries.
